Unzip both into their own folders. Navigate to the AppleWin folder and launch “Applewin” should have the apple icon. Next click on the third icon down on the right hand side, mine already says Otrail_1 because when I clicked it opened a dialog box to navigate to the game folder which you just downloaded. The item you want to open should be called Otrail_1.bin. Once you hit ok, hit the second icon on the right hand bar, the Apple Logo. It should start up.
